Tobacco Block System is a roll your own device that is being tested in Germany. The system includes a foot-long machine and compressed blocks of tobacco.[1] Paper sleeves are inserted into the side of the device and a dose of tobacco fills the shell to create a cigarette.[2] The machine cost approximately $14.60; the compressed blocks of tobacco enough for 30 cigarettes cost approximately $4.25; cigarette shell 200 per box costs $2.20.[3]
