Arabic Marlboro Filter Plus Extra

I'm deployed to Iraq right now and recently picked up a carton of "Marlboro Filter Plus Extra" from a market in Baghdad via an Iraqi who works on base here. The package looks identical to the ones pictured on this page (aside from Arabic writing on the bottom instead of Korean of course), with only the word "Extra" to the left of the bottom silver Marlboro logo. It looks similar to the Russian version, but the red interior of the slide says "Pro Fresh" with the Marlboro logo next to it. It is labeled as "Tar 3 mg Nicotine 0,2 mg" and says "Made in Switzerland". Anyone else seen this particular package? I don't think their fakes, as I agree with the writer of this article in that they are the best tasting 'mild' cigarettes I've ever had. Any info would be great. Thanks!
